Marco BartaliPsychic warriors  is a metaphor, described in the book “Psichiatria come Medicina dell’Anima”(Macro ed.), used to recall and stimulate resources and vital energies in those who think that psychic suffering is an important occasion for understanding and for existential evolution; and in the same time feel the responsibilities and the purpose to manifest their own Anima, thus exposing and opposing to the pervading and abusing attitudes of modern culture more and more materialistic and hearth losing. Derived by the homonymous dance and made up by 21 steps, the “sacred ritual”, through the integration of introspective movements with gestures and vocal expressions, will guide us to awareness of our chakras, will let emotions hold in our body to flow, reconnecting us with our Anima, awakening our inner warrior, to celebrate the mystic and sacred sense of our own life.
