Gennardy BrevdeWorld is the mirror. It reflects our soul, our mind, our moods and intentions. When we experiencing anger, frustration, aversion – we must be aware that the shadow side of our psyche is reflecting in persons, situations and events, bringing these feelings into our lives.

Certainly, we prefer not to recognize this side; nevertheless, it accompanies us all our lives - as shadow. The entities that inhabit it don’t obey us; moreover, they make us to behave the way we don’t like to, they rouse ill feelings we are disappointed with. Despite this, they are not our enemies. They are essential parts of our souls; they are witnesses and messengers of our profound nature. They are our friends and guides. They telling us paramount things with the sounds and signs of our feelings and experiences - sounds that we are trying to avoid, signs that we usually can not decode.

The workshop is about these sounds and signs – their places and roles in our lives. It gives the hint how to turn the animosity with our inner guides from the shadow world of psyche into friendship; how to arrange harmony, unity with the world and integrity in collaboration with them.

The program of workshop is: short introducing lecture, spontaneous scenic etudes “Forgive Your Monster”, “Demon’s Guise”, sharing.

Used methods: theatre techniques, active imagination, body expression.
