Psychological functions flourishing in human beings
“to educate” comes from “educere”, that is to bring out, to rouse, to evoke from inside, the amplitude of the inside is a determining factor. Roberto Assagioli, father and founder of the Psychosyntesis remind us that “the first duty is to study and know ourselves, so that we can clearly realize everything inside us from the bottom to the top. It is to take a stock of our ownership or to say it better it is an exploration of the large and different regions forming our inner world”.
The knowledge and testing psychological functions, bring us in touch with ourselves and speed up the process. It is the main actor of the psychic life and of every educational, or self-educational, duty, very often we forget the irreplaceable role of “know yourself” and small and obscure Cinderella are taken in consideration. From them derive and in them are received ideas, emotions, dreams, instinct and intuitions, which are moulded and elaborated, modified and altered: they are the first to be responsible of our personality, our most profound identity our unicity.

It is a journey through the evolution of our consciousness, rhythms and cycles of growing, from child to adult; it is to know and apply the psychological energy in education, looking at the awareness of toward the most elevated values for renovation on the planet.
