An attempt to describe the absolute necessity to make the feeling heart the focus of how we view the world and other people. A closed heart can be sentimental or, worse, in a so called neutral condition. Neutral hearts can be good for survival - in situations of no acute danger, however, they turn life into a deathlike state of hell and become the cause for most forms of suffering.

 

Rainer Pervöltz, born 1944 Gestalt- and Body Psychotherapy, cofounder of the Transpersonal School for Psychology and Psychotherapy in Freiburg. In the 1980ies and 90ies trainer for the Biodynamic Institute and, in the same years, cofounder of the Chiron Centre in London. Most important spiritual teacher was Andrew DaPassano. Taoist energy training with Mantak Chia. Further training with Arnold Mindell. Development of the transpersonal therapeutic work based on Gestalt Therapy and biodynamic principles with main focus on the body and its energetic systems.
