The purpose of this paper is to introduce the fundamentals of the transpersonal management and identify how these principals were been established in Secretary of Administration and Human Resources (SEARH) based in Natal, Brazil.The transpersonal is a psychological approach which considers the human as a set of states of consciousness. In order to further this understanding, it uses a transdisciplinary vision, searching theoretical subsidies in different kinds of knowledge, such as the quantum physics, anthropology, arts and music, amongst others.
Julio Francisco Dantas de Rezende is professor of Marketing and Entrepeneurship in State University of Rio Grande do Norte (UERN), writer, lecturer, consultant with background in management (1997) and psychology (2007) and master in public policy (2001). Actually is PhD student of management in Brazil. He has taught in a number of MBA programs and in a variety of executive education programs. His research focuses on consciousness, innovation, creativity, virtuality and organizations. He is the president of Institute of Innovation and Sustainability (www.inovatix.org), an organization based in Natal (Brazil).
