This presentation demonstrates transformation toward an understanding of transpersonal consciousness in a short-term 8-member dream group. Dreams and dream images were shared through dialogue and artistic expressions and spontaneously ~ powerful, healing, and specific Transformative Transpersonal Images arose. These fascinating images seamlessly bridged their lives, pleasures and hardships with a collective wisdom inviting greater open-heartedness, trust, and intimacy. Due to the nature of this natural rising up and sharing these images quickly shifted participants traditional beliefs and perspectives; opening them to the broader stream. Specific images, metaphors and dialogue from the Imaginal Realm will be presented as they gave the dream participants a sense of belonging, a place within world, culture and family; a landscape to work within for the rest of their lives.

 

Diane Rickards, Ph.D., is founder of the Transpersonal Psychology Network(Canada)organizing workshops with individuals from around the globe. Diane is a practising Transpersonal Psychology Therapist in Vancouver, B.C., and a Canadian rep for the International Assoc. for the Study of Dreams. Currently Diane is facilitating a dream circle.
