Transformative Living Practices (TLP): Experience Lived Spirituality
Purpose of workshop is to introduce basic mind-body-spirit TLP that support the process of psycho-spiritual integration and transformation- - designed to help people actualize their spiritual aspiration in day to day living. TLP -co-developed by Kathleen Wall Ph.D.- is based on the integration of transpersonal psychotherapy & Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother (Mirra Alfassa). TLP was recently used in 2 studies with people diagnosed with cancer demonstrating improvement in quality of life and post traumatic growth and coping. Kathleen Wall (USA) and Arielle Warner (Israel) teach TLP and use it in their practices.
